Tell us what you want done – we bid out our three best vendors. We oversee the project from beginning to end, for a 10% fee, plus house opening and closing charges. The job gets paid when you are 100% satisfied. (For jobs over $5,000 we will waive the opening / closing fees and only charge you the 10%.)
