Cleaning Services:
Our team of efficient cleaners will do either maintenance or detailed cleanings based on each client’s individual needs. Whether home or office, seasonal or year round, we can tailor-make a cleaning program that works for you

House Watching Services:
We offer two levels of service for House Watching.
1. Weekly Inspection and Report:
Once a week we will thoroughly inspect both the interior and exterior of your home and e-mail you a report of our findings. We charge by the visit for this service. We can also oversee any necessary repair work for an additional fee.

2. Preventative Scheduled Maintenance:
This service includes 4 house checks per month (10 free a year), seasonal openings and closings, and oversight of preventative maintenance work such as furnace or boiler cleaning, pool start up and winterization, etc. We charge a flat monthly fee for this service. Openings and Closings:
Save yourself a trip from the City and let us get your house ready for the Summer Season. We will make sure everything is clean, fresh, and ready to go so that you can simply come out and enjoy your home. When the Season ends we will put everything in apple pie order and close it up until next Spring.
