"C’s Home and Office Management has been managing our property in Bridgehampton for 5 years now, providing a full range of services for us. They have handled cleaning, landscaping, contractor management (for painting, pool repairs, and heating systems), and off season house watch service. We rent our home to summer tenants, and C’s looks after the property during this time ensuring that any tenant concerns are addressed in a timely fashion, and keeping an eye on things for us. As property owners that do not live in the area, having C’s manage our home gives us peace of mind that our asset is well looked after.

There are a number of examples in which they have gone beyond the call. In one instance, they even handled a potential trespassing incident by responding onsite within 15 minutes and were ready to coordinate with local law enforcement had it been needed. C’s philosophy is that they can handle anything the owner may need from stocking the refrigerator with groceries when we came to visit with our newborn child to providing bartending services for a backyard function. They are very reliable, and a pleasure to work with. They have been very instrumental to us being able to manage our home. Rather than work on the home when we visit the Hamptons, we are able to enjoy the home as if we never left."
